Felix Marchionne, 93, Served in the Army During WWII

Marchionne passed away on Friday.

Felix A. Marchionne, 93, of Sanatoga, PA, and formerly of Phoenixville, PA, died on Friday, April 12, 2013 in Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.

Born in Malvern, PA, he was the son of the late Nobilio Spirito and Catherine (Barber) Marchionne.

Felix served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II as a Searchlight Operator.

He worked 45 years as a Line Foreman for the Reading Railroad retiring in 1980.

Surviving are his daughter, Kathleen wife of Val Delibertis of Sanatoga, with whom he resided at the time of his passing; 3 Granddaughters, Kim Bergen, Beth Delibertis, Danielle wife of Emmett Crowder; 4 Great-Grandchildren, Lauren Bergen, Emmett Crowder, Felicia Crowder, Myles Crowder; Sister, Anna Dobra; Sisters-in-law, Maryann Marchionne and Rose Marchionne.

He was preceded in death by his Daughter, Felicia Cannuli, his Brothers, Anthony, Joseph, Noble and William Marchionne, and his Sister, Lucy Forcine.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA, on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow in Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA.

A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Pottstown Memorial Regional Cancer Center, 1600 E. High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464.
