Mary Jane Kucharik, 89, Was a Member of Sacred Heart Church

Mary Jane S. (Henke) Kucharik, age 89, widow of Joseph C. Kucharik died Friday at Parkhouse Providence Pointe, Upper Providence Township.

Born in Reading, PA, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Clay) Henke.

Mary Jane was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Phoenixville, since 1958.

She was an accomplished pianist performing in concerts and was a member of the musical Fabulous Henkes performing in the 60's and 70's throughout South Eastern, PA.

She is survived by two sons, Michael J. Kucharik, Stowe; Joseph W. Kucharik partner of Glenn Bromley, Phoenixville; one sister Marian wife of Harold Trostle, Gouglersville, PA; one brother, Gerald Henke, Reading, and Jean Valentino of Phoenixville who was like a daughter to her.

She was predeceased by nine brothers and sisters.

A funeral mass was held 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 146 Church Street, Phoenixville.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Phoenixville.
