Helen Branning, 100

Helen M. Branning, 100, of Honey Brook, PA, died on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at Hickory House.  She was the widow of Lloyd G. Branning.

Mrs. Branning was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She was a member of Coventryville United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her daughters Nancy Buckwalter and Carol Clauser. She is survived by her sons-in-law Kenneth Buckwalter, husband of Verna of New Holland and George Clauser and wife Joan of Ft. Myers, FL; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.  

Her memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Coventryville United Methodist Church, 1521 Old Ridge Road Pottstown, PA 19465.  Officiating will be Rev. Rick L. Hostetter. Friends will be received from 9 to 10 a.m. Burial will be in Coventryville Cemetery.

Rita Ignatovig, 74

Rita M. Ignatovig, 74, of Phoenixville and formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on Feb. 27, 2012 at Seasons Hospice of Phoenixville. She was the wife of Charles W. Ignatovig, to whom she was married 54 years.

She was born in Philadelphia to the late Frances Leonard. After her mother’s early death she was raised by her grandparents, Daniel and Marie Leonard.  She attended Kensington High School and was a 25-year employee of Shelly’s Pharmacy. After moving to Phoenixville, she worked as a bus monitor for Wolfington. 

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Colin C. Ignatovig and Lisa Coccia of Phoenixville and grandson, Ryan C. Ignatovig. There is also a half-brother, William O’Donnell. 

Her prayer service will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main St. at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA. Visitation will be on Friday evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery.

Bruce Cooper, 54

Bruce A. Cooper, 54, of Phoenixville, PA, died on Monday, Feb. 27, 2012 in Phoenixville Hospital.

Born in Phoenixville, PA he was the son of the late Wilson Cooper Sr., and Louise (Mashman) (Cooper) Baxter.

Bruce loved the Philadelphia Eagles, shooting pool and fishing.

Surviving are five children, Layla, Michael, Patrick, Libby and Grace; eight grandchildren; two brothers and one sister, Wilson, Jr. and Sandy, Edward and Barbara, and Tina and Rob.

He was preceded in death by his sons, Dylan and Christopher.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp and Gatcha Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 517 S. Main St. at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 11 a.m.

A viewing will be held on Friday morning from 10 to 11.

Augustine Ciabattoni, 92

Augustine "Gus" Ciabattoni, 92, husband of the late Ruth A. (Beard) Ciabattoni, of Upper Providence Township, PA, formerly of Royersford, PA, died Saturday afternoon, Feb. 25, 2012 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA.  

Born in Norristown, he was a son of the late Nazarine and Angelina (Mascio) Ciabattoni. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Royersford. 

Mr. Ciabattoni is survived by three sons: Robert, husband of Wanda (Morse) Ciabattoni of East Vincent, PA; Nazzorine "Gene", husband of Theresa (Giamo) Ciabattoni of Cedars, PA; Kenneth Ciabattoni of Pottstown; four siblings: Phyllis Sylvester, Laura DeCicco, John Ciabattoni and Nazarine Ciabattoni; seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.  

Mr. Ciabattoni was preceded in death by one son, Augustine "Gus," husband of Carol Ciabattoni, and four siblings: Ann Werkiser, Mary Ciabattoni, Joseph Ciabattoni and Julio "Curly" Ciabattoni. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Cattermole–Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington St., Royersford, PA on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Peter J. DiMaria.  

Burial will be in the Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, PA. Friends will be received from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be made by visiting www.RoyersfordFuneralHome.com
