Phoenixville Woman Dies at 89
Great great grandmother had several passions in addition to her family.
Matilda “Tillie” Kay, 89, of Phoenixville, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the Coatesville VA Medical Center Hospice Unit.
Born Sept 14th 1924 in Haynes, ND, to the late Anton and Valaria Ihle. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles A. Kay and daughter Dawn Corrado.
Tillie loved animals, bingo, antiques, quilts, and baseball especially the cubbies.

She is survived by a son, Charles A. Kay, and 4 daughters Judith Hartz, Susan Jacobs, Margaret Limlaw, and Carol Kay as well as 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Also, her sisters Gennevieve Niarhos and Dorothy Neal and her beloved cat Sam.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
