Rose J. Segars, 89, passed away at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital on November 14, the Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting.
Segars was born in Phoenixville and graduated from Phoenixville High School in 1941. She went on to become a successful beautician, a career that spanned 60 years.
