Sandra Szupowal of Pottsdown Dies at 64

Sandra L. Szupowal, 64, of Pottstown, PA, died on Thursday, October 24, 2013 in Phoenixville Hospital.

Born in Phoenixville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Vincent A. and Agnes V. (Selfinger) Szupowal.

Sandra retired in January from PENNDOT, she also worked at Immaculata University.

Surviving are her son, Michael Rakowski; her sister, Monica LaMacchia and husband Nicholas; her brother, James Szupowal and wife Theresa; her brother-in-law, Richard Hetrick and wife Liz; and her niece and nephew Kate and Nick Szupowal.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Bernice Conger and Julia Hetrick.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass in Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville, PA, on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 11:00 am with Rev. Paul Brandt officiating.

A viewing will be held in the church on Wednesday morning from 9:45 am to 10:45 am.
