Certified Natural Chef to host Mother's Day Cooking Class

When people traditionally think about Mother’s Day, they think of a family meal together. Certified Natural Chef Sara Glassman, of Vine Dining, will show students how to cook Mom a beautiful dinner in celebration of Mother’s Day! On May 6 at 6:30 pm, Sara will host a fun and energizing cooking class at Cooking Spotlight in Phoenixville to show guests her creative twists on Mother’s Day menu items.

 

Sara Glassman is a caterer and private chef turned instructor who helps people eat better and makes cooking fun. Dishes are primarily plant-based and gluten free, so they are appropriate for the whole family.

The class fee is $49, which includes copies of recipes, a free gift, and samples of the delicious dinner. Deposits are due to Cooking Spotlight, please call them to sign up 610-933-0500

Sara Glassman is the owner of Vine Dining, a catering and teaching business of natural whole food dishes. Sara teaches at non-profits, farms, stores, and even in private homes fun creative ways to make meals that are just as good for the body as they look and taste. The Cooking Spotlight shines on cuisines from around the world. At the Cooking Spotlight the team of guest chefs, instructors, and local food artisans share their knowledge and experience with you in a fun and relaxed approach. They will offer a wide variety of classes and themes:  ethnic and gourmet menus, skills classes, wine and beer pairings and classes featuring local artisanal products.  They focus on using local and organic ingredients as available.
