Phoenixville Baseball?? What's up

In 2013, the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation gave a $12.5k grant to the committee that was investigating the financial feasibility of minor league baseball park in Phoenixville.  That work was supposed to finish up in 12/2012.  Has anyone heard anything about the program status???
