snow

we live on a one way steet. saint marys. we have a neighbor with off street paring.he will park his car ont the street then he shovels the snow out of his drive way on to the street. taking up three parking space. this is not fair to others who live her. the down side he puts his car back in drive way.leaving no place for others to park. why is he allowed to do this? it is not fair we all pay boro taxes. and deserive a place to park.someone please do something about this.after all he has a drive way.
