The worst customer service! - I'm 26 and as soon as I walked in to file my taxes I was called a "little sh*t" for no apparent reason- this should have been my first warning sign.
I filed my taxes on April 8th with Paul Libois Accounting and waited patiently for my refund. after 4 weeks I was getting a little worried when I hadn't received any information. I started calling Paul Libois' office and left voicemails every couple of days over the course of 2 weeks. By the 6th week (2 weeks AFTER my initial call) Paul Libois himself finally picked up the phone.

I asked about my taxes to which Paul replied "we never filed them". I asked why and he said "we just never filed them, we forgot". I then asked what he was going to do about it- to which he rudly replied "we sent them out last night and you should see a refund in 7-10 business days". I replied "so why did it take so long for me to get someone to talk to?" he said "We were on a cruise, what do you want me to do?" I asked for a refund of for the cost to get my taxes done by his company ($60) for which he replied "no, we filed them". I replied "you filed them a month late and no one picked up the phone for 2 weeks, do you own this business?" Paul replied " Yes, I've been in business longer than you've been alive young man" and then he hung up the phone on me.

Based on my experience, I would highly suggest finding another accountant.
