Car Kicking Added to Drug Dealing Charges for Phoenixville Man

Michael Lance caused more than $5,600 to four parked cars, according to police.

Looks like trouble has found Michael Lance again.

The 27-year-old Phoenixville man who was charged with multiple felony drug charges last month after police busted an apparent marijuana growing operation police say he and his twin brother were operating out of their Buchannan Street apartment, was hit with another felony on Tuesday. The crime this time? According to Phoenixville Police he was kicking cars.

On March 23 at approximately 2:22 a.m., police were dispatched to the area of Washington Avenue and Gay Street for a report of three men in dark clothing randomly kicking cars. A block west of Gay, police say they stopped the three men.

In the area of the stop, police say they found a black Jeep with a fresh dent shaped like a work boot, and a green Taurus with similar damage. Michael Lance, one of the three men, was the only one wearing work boots.

Police photographed the damage and took Lance’s boots as evidence, according to court documents.

The next day, police received calls about two borough cars with similar damage. Photos of these vehicles were taken as well.

That evening, when police raided Lance and his brother’s Buchanan Street apartment on an unrelated warrant, officers seized a pair of tan Timberland boots that belonged to Michael Lance, police say.

Police got an estimate for the damage caused to the four vehicles. According to court documents, it totaled mroe than $5,600.

Michael Lance was charged on April 9 with a felony count of criminal mischief, and additional disorderly conduct charges. He faces preliminary hearing on Thursday.

Harry- or whatever your real name is, do u not see how weird and obsessed you are? I have been seeing for months now the things you say on here and really, it's disturbing. I am truly grateful to God that you DON'T live in phoenixville bc I have small kids, and you really seem like a pedophile/rapist who stalks people. You obviously have NOTHING to do with your time, bc you are so OBSESSED with bashing this town like you live in the holy land and there is zero crime wherever you live, which is, OF COURSE, impossible. Please do the town of phoenixville a favor and STAY wherever it is that you live, you psychotic loser. The thought of someone as low class and truly disgusting as you roaming the streets is really scary. You talk about how we should have a prison for just people of phoenixville- and you should have been in there as the very first inmate. Get over your obsession with Vincent Daher, how 'horribly' the high school treated you, and how you were just a reject, loser, NOBODY when you lived here, bc its obvious the reason you have such hate for the town is bc you were all of those things and more and 'wah wah poor baby had no friends and was picked on' and move on with your life. It honestly can't be healthy to have such an obsession.

His name is Fred Bretz. He lives in Northern California. Everything you said above is 100% correct. He is just a crazy old man. Take my advice, ignore him. He will never go away. However, he has to die someday, hopefully soon.... but seriously Tara...he's just a crazy old man, nothing else.

John, don't forget his "impulse control" issues. He's had them for years and even during his short stay in Phoenixville. His impulse control problems have been a source of embarrassment for his family and some of his friends that know about them for years. Just ignore him Tara.
