Chester Springs Woman Facing Drug Charges After Apparent Overdose

A Chester Springs woman faces multiple charges after police say her mother found her unconscious due to an apparent drug overdose in her Charlestown home in September.

Nicole Clolery, 35, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a single counts of possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from the alleged incident.

According to court documents, on September 8 sometime before 8:15 p.m., Clolery’s mother hadn’t seen her daughter for over an hour and went to check on her in her room. She found her unresponsive and called 911.

When state police arrived on the scene the woman was receiving treatment from EMS personal. The officer noted that, in plain view on the Clolery’s dresser, there were what appeared to be open packets of heroin, a syringe, unopened packets of heroin, what looked to be crack cocaine, and various pills. Subsequent lab testing confirmed the substances were in fact cocaine and heroin.

Clolery was taken to Paoli Hospital for treatment. She was charged on November 2 and faces preliminary hearing on December 20.
