East Pikeland Police Blotter: Alleged Argument on 724

Alleged Disorderly Conduct and Underage Drinking on Route 724

Jason Mara, 18, of Phoenixville, was charged with disorderly conduct and underage drinking on April 2 at 11:11 p.m. after East Pikeland Police were dispatched to a well-being check for a female walking along Rt. 724.

Police arrived on scene and allegedly found Mara involved in a verbal argument with another male. During the investigation officers also detected an odor of alcohol emitting from Mara, according to police.

Police charged Mara with disorderly conduct and underage drinking and then released him.

Disorderly Conduct Charge on Route 724

David Johnson, 21, of Phoenixville was charged with disorderly conduct on April 2 at 11:11 p.m. after East Pikeland Police were dispatched to a disturbance along Route 724.

Police arrived on scene and allegedly found Johnson and another male involved in a verbal argument. Police charged Johnson with disorderly conduct and then released him.

Alleged Drug Offense on Trisha Circle

A juvenile was charged on April 1 at 11:19 p.m. by East Pikeland police after an officer observed the vehicle parked suspiciously in the area of Trisha Circle and Dennis Lane. 

After contact with the occupants the officer allegedly observed the female occupant of the vehicle in possession of marijuana. The juvenile was released to parents pending charges.
