East Pikeland Police Blotter: Assault on Kimbel Drive

Protection from Abuse (PFA) Violation on Nutt Road
Douglas Ray, 53, of Crestview Drive in Phoenixville was picked up on June 16 on Nutt Road for an active PFA violation. Ray was processed and arraigned and remanded to Chester County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Assault on Kimbel Drive
Joseph Pogue, 37, of the 200 block of Kimbel Drive was arrested on June 17 for simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and harassment. Police were called to the residence on Kimbel Drive for an assault on a minor, after a domestic dispute. Pogue was on location, taken into custody, processed and arraigned and remanded to Chester County Prison

Drug Arrest on Western Road
Michael Buchanan, 21, and Patrick Fleck, 20, of Honeybrook were taken into custody on June 17 at 6:30 p.m. on the 1100 block of Western Road in East Pikeland Township. Buchanan and Fleck were charged with Possession of a controlled substance, trespassing, and criminal mischief. Both were released pending charges.
