East Pikeland Police Blotter: Hit and Run on Schuylkill Road

Hit and Run on Schuylkill Road
On Monday, Nov. 7, East Pikeland Police charged Gabrielle Cooney, 21, Birchrunville, with leaving the scene of an accident involving an occupied vehicle.
Cooney was involved in an accident on Schuylkill Road in the area of the Valley Forge Mall where she immediately fled the scene after the collision, according to police.

The victim was able to obtain the registration number on the striking vehicle. Through the tag, Cooney was identified by responding officers and brought back to the scene.
Driving Under the Influence on Hares Hill and Camp Council

On Monday, Nov. 7, East Pikeland Police charged Frank Brewer, 79, of East Pikeland, with driving under the influence after he was involved in a two-vehicle accident in the area of Hares Hill Road and Camp Council Road.
Brewer was transported to the hospital to be checked for minor injuries. The operator of the other vehicle was not injured.
Driving Under the Influence on Hares Hill at Route 724
On Sunday, Nov. 6, at approximately 1:45 a.m., East Pikeland Police charged Natalie Miscavage, 39, of Limerick, with driving under the influence and related violations when she was stopped for not using her turn signals at Hares Hill Road and Route 724.
She was processed and released pending a hearing at a later date.
Driving Under the Influence at Route 23 and Township Line Road
On Saturday, Nov. 5, at approximately 2 a.m. East Pikeland Police charged William Casswell, 44, of Malvern, with driving under the influence after he was stopped for having a headlight out on Route 23 and Township Line Road.
He was processed and released pending a hearing at a later date.
