East Pikeland Police Blotter: Moving Car Shot With BB on Route 23

The following arrest information was supplied by the East Pikeland Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Shot with BB on Route 23

On Monday, Oct. 17, on or about 8:45 p.m. a motorist was traveling westbound on Route 23 near Otts Lane when the vehicle was struck with what appears to be BB causing damage to the windshield and front portion of the vehicle.

Police were unable to locate anyone in the area.

Man Arrested for Marijuana Possession

On Tuesday, Oct. 18, at approximately 12:45 p.m., East Pikeland police while on routine patrol discovered a car parked on Pickering Road.

While investigating this suspicious car they discovered Cory Rakowski, 19, of Phoenixville, with a small amount of marijuana in his possession. He was processed and released pending a hearing at a later date.    

Trees Damaged at Cold Stream and Hares Hill Roads

Sometime between Sunday, Oct. 16, and Monday, Oct. 17, someone damaged the property located in the 1300 block of Hares Hill Road.

This property is on the corner of Cold Stream and Hares Hill roads. It appears that a vehicle had run through the yard causing damage to trees, the yard and overturning a rock. We are looking for a vehicle that may have damage to the under carriage.
