East Pikeland Police Report Domestic Assault, Liquor Store Arrest

The following incident reports were provided by the East Pikeland Township Police Department. Arrest does not indicate conviction.

Domestic Assault

On Saturday October 6 at approximately 12:20 a.m., East Pikeland Township Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Kimbel Drive for a domestic assault. After an investigation East Pikeland Police took Joseph Pogue, 37, a resident of 238 Kimbel Drive, into custody for aggravated assault and related charges. He was lodged over night at Pottstown Jail before being arraigned before Judge Gill where he was remanded to Chester County Prison after failing to post $50,000 cash bail.

Disorderly Conduct in Wine and Spirits Store

On Friday October 5 at approximately 5:30 p.m., East Pikeland Police responded to a call of a disturbance in the Pa. Wine and Spirits store on the 500 block of Kimberton Road. Brian Grenseman, 43, and a resident of 411 S. 4th Ave in Royersford was cited for disorderly conduct. He was asked to leave the store because he was intoxicated and started cursing at the employees and punched the windows as he was leaving.
