East Pikeland Police Report Five Arrests

The following incident reports were provided by the East Pikeland Police Department. Arrest does not suggest conviction.

Jose Rommel Benitez, 18, from 37 E. Ruth Ave. Phoenixville, was charged with act 64 Drug Device and cosmetic act. When it was discovered that he was in possession of drugs on January 10, 2013.

Herbert Lee Williams III,19, from 237 Morgan Street Phoenixville, was charged with act 64 Drug Device and Cosmetic act. On Wednesday January 30, 2013 on or about 1:20 a.m. after being stopped for a motor violation in the 400 block of Schuylkill Road. William was arraigned before Judge Michaels and released on $5000.00 unsecured bail.

Dana Vognetz, 37, from 133 Merlin Road, Phoenixville, and Michael Vognetz, 35, from the same address, were charged with recklessly endangering another person . They were arraigned and released after bail was set at $75,000 unsecure.

Eric Michael Armbruster, 27, from 100 N. Savanna Drive Pottstown, was charged with D.U.I. after a traffic stop in the 500 block of Schuylkill Road on January 31, 2013 on or about 11:15 p.m.. He was processed and released pending a hearing at a later date and time.
