Heroin,Crack, Pot, Cash Seized in E. Pikeland Raid, Police Say

Police from three departments took part in the raid.

A 32-year-old East Pikeland woman is facing multiple drug charges after a police raid conducted as part of an investigation cops dubbed "Operation Merlin."

According to East Pikeland Police, officers from East Pikeland, West Pikeland and East Vincent Township brought “ Operation Merlin”  to a close by executing a search warrant for the property (at) 133 Merlin Road in East Pikeland at 2:20 p.m. last Friday.

"600 bags of heroin, a large amount of cocaine, a large amount of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia along with about $2000.00 in cash was taken from the house," police say.

Police say Brooke Cermanski, who lives at the same address, was arrested. She was arraigned before a District Judge DeAngelo and was taken to Chester County Prison to await a preliminary hearing after failing to post $50,000 cash bail, according to East Pikeland Police.
