Judge Orders Man Held For Trial in Sex Assault Case Involving 6-Year-Olds.

Police say at least one of the children was in the man's care at the time of the reported incidents.

A 34-year-old Spring City man is being held on $150,000 cash bail on multiple felony charges of sex crimes involving six-year olds.

A District Court judge ruled during a preliminary hearing that there is enough evidence in the case against Lee Richard Enderle to hold him over for trial in Common Pleas Court in West Chester.

Enderle was arrested on August 13 and arraigned in Phoenixville District Court.

According to an affidavit of probable cause filed in the case police say Enderle forced a six-year-old girl who was in his care to kiss a six-year-old boy.  Chester County Detectives say the girl told investigators that Enderle took pictures of the two children kissing.

In court documents filed in the case, Chester County Detectives detail an interview conducted with the girl at A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington. During the interview the affidavit says the girl reported Enderle came outside of his house in Spring City and ordered the girl to go inside.

"The victim advised Detective Davis that once inside and upstairs in Enderle's bedroom Enderle made the victim and another six year old juvenile kiss and took pictures of them kissing. The victim then advised (the detective) that Enderle then kissed her on the lips and placed his hand inside her underwear and touched her.." the court document says.

Detectives say Enderle also exposed himself to the girl and wanted her to touch him. Police say "Enderle was acting in a caretaker role/capacity during the course of this incident."

Enderle faces multiple criminal charges, including assault, indecent exposure, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of a child, and aggravated indecent assault of a child under 13.
