July 8 Fireworks Display Lands Man in Legal Trouble

Disorderly Conduct on Township Line Road
A 22-year-old male resident of the 1200 block of Township Line Road was cited for disorderly conduct on July 8 at about 2 a.m. after he was observed setting off fireworks.

A 26-year-old man from Trappe was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana on July 6 at approximately 11:45 p.m. Police conducted the stop in the Powder Mill development after receiving a call alerting them to the presence of a suspicious person. He was processed and released pending a hearing at a later date.
D.U.I. on Schuylkill Road

A 20-year-old resident of Spring City was charged with D.U.I. on July 6 at about 1 a.m. He was stopped by police in the 400 block of Schuylkill Road for having a tail light out. He was processed and released pending a hearing at a later date and time.
