Alleged Pa. House Hotel Shooter Has Outburst in Court

The alleged gunman in the of a Phoenixville teenager in the parking lot of The had an outburst in court on Tuesday afternoon during a hearing related to a separate shooting he committed in Pottstown, according to The Mercury.
Shawn Nafeese Duell, during testimony related to his April 15 shooting of a Pottstown man and his mother–both of whom survived–was ordered from the courtroom by Judge Edward Kropp after going on an expletive-laden tirade.

While the prosecuting attorney argued that his bail should not be lowered, citing his involvement in a separate shooting, Duell, according to the report, rose and began screaming that his charge in the Phoenixville shooting was assault rather than murder.
