Police Look for Flasher

Disturbing details emerge in a string of indecent exposure cases.

 

Police in two townships are searching for a man that authorities say has exposed himself in public five times in recent weeks.

According to Lower Providence Police "Lower Providence and Upper Providence Township Police Departments are investigating five reported incidents of indecent exposure occurring between April 6, 2013 and May 12, 2013 in Lower Providence or Upper Providence Townships."

Police say in each case the man would sit in his car along walkways or trails, waiting for his next victim to pass by. When a victime walked by police say

"The offender would exit his vehicle without pants or his pants pulled down. The offender would look at the victim while masturbating. During one of the incidents, the offender spoke with a Middle Eastern/Indian accent."

All five incidents happened between 3:20 and 7:25 p.m. according to Lower Providence Police.

A State Police sketch artist created a composite sketch of the man investigators are looking for in the case. 

Police say "the victims described the offender four times as a Middle Eastern/Indian male and one time as a Hispanic male, ages 25-40, 5’5” to 5’10”, slender to medium built, short black hair, and clean shaven.

The vehicle has been described as a clean silver or gray four-door sedan. Although several vehicle makes were reported, none were reported as being absolute."
