Police: Man Sold Undercover Cop Cocaine in Phoenixville

The sting was a joint operation of the Phoenixville Police Department’s Narcotics Bureau and the Chester County Municipal Drug Force

A Phoenixville man who sold an undercover cop cocaine as part of a drug sting was arrested in the borough earlier this month, police are reporting.

According to court documents, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Garrison John Flagg Jr., 19, on November 26. Police allege that, in a joint operation of the Phoenixville Police Department’s Narcotics Bureau and the Chester County Municipal Drug Force, Flagg twice met with an undercover officer in the borough in September and on both occasions sold the cop what lab testing later confirmed was cocaine.

On January 3 at 12:16 a.m., police served the warrant and arrested Flagg on the third floor of a home on the 200 block of Walnut Street.

At the time of his arrest, Flagg had in his possession marijuana and four Methadone pills.

Flagg was charged with two felony counts of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and five misdemeanor drug charges stemming from the September incident and five misdemeanor drug charges stemming from his arrest.

He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 7.

There still hope for him to turn it around. I for one will pray for him and his family. YOU CAN DO IT Garrison , DONT waste your life on this Poison.
Ike January 22, 2013 at 05:53 PM
Hey,Nemo, tell me , this kid got arrested on in NOV.,yes. Bail was $25,000 cash , whats he doing out in Jan.? And the Undercovers cop , there not from the boro ,?yes.Or is one of the new one that go under before they come out. In the 80s , i think when they got a new cop they let him work the streets first before anyone knew him or her. If they look young . Yea , great work here. Let us all pray for this youngman its not too late.

Dawn , i very sorry , i did read it, fast , didnt see the year. But tell me Dawn , would not you think maybe he would still be away? rehab , maybe? AND I KNOW REHAB DONT WORK , MAYBE FOR LIKE 5% it will , but it is where the most money is spent , and its WHERE THE MOST MONEY IS WASTED . The ones who work at t hem rehabs should be ashamed of themselfs.Yes i know it not ther fault that some take drugs,BUT THEY REHABS ARE ONLY OPEN SO THEY CAN TAKE ALOT OF MONEY . THEY ARE ONE OF THE REASONS HEALTH INS. IS SO CRAZY....... Dawn ,,, can i ask you to pray for this kid, i dont know if you know him , but its not to late for him to turn his life around. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thank you ,Dawn you sound like a very caring lady.
Harriet Finster January 22, 2013 at 06:28 PM
Ike don't you be causing no trouble with my Harry. He's a good boy, just misunderstood.
Dawn January 22, 2013 at 07:43 PM
Ike yes I do care and I will pray for him. But what I think is the system doesn't work hard enough to keep them in prison or have enough programs to participate in when they are released. He is very young and definitely turn his life around, but I can guarantee he has no support system. If he doesn't have anyone to show him the way, he will keep doing the same thing day in and day out. That is his survival instincts.

Harry, You're 13998 and please STFU!!!!!!!

I agree with the comments on here about Garrison being a wonderful kid. I had Garrison as a student for a few years while I was teaching in Phoenixville. (Anyone who went to FCLC probably can guess which teacher this is...haha...hint: MarioKart Tournements) Some of the words that describe the Garrison that I know are as follows: smart, polite, kind, creative, genuine, caring, real, true. It breaks my heart to see his name in the news again...but Garrison (if you or anyone you know reads this and relays the message)...I STILL believe in you...you can still turn it around. PLEASE use the heart and brains that I KNOW are in there. So much potential. SO MUCH POTENTIAL. Straighten it out Garrison. You can do this...SEPARATE YOURSELF FROM THE PACK!

i always thought everyone who lived in phoenixville was an idiot, now i realise some have minor intelligence but are resigned to living in a place that is debased by low order people and accept a base existence

as the kids say make me
harry finster January 23, 2013 at 01:48 AM
when are you going to realise teachers and the public schools are a big part of the problem ?
J R January 23, 2013 at 02:12 AM
@ Harry Finster - Well...I didn't post to talk politics-just offer support to this young man who was a past student of mine. But I will say that yes, I agree...especially after being a part of the Public School System, it is safe to say that there are teachers and schools that do more harm than good. However, it would be wildly inaccurate and unfair to say that ALL teachers and schools are doing damage. And in the same breath, what ISN'T a part of the many "problems" that kids (and adults!) face today. Just look around...There are so many contributing factors to any individuals struggle, heartache, addiction, etc., that after a while finger pointing is counter productive.

When will you realize it's not 'realise'. I constantly read your (many) completely rude and off based replies...I think you need a hobby.
harry finster January 23, 2013 at 03:48 AM
in the big city we can spell it either way ,i think being rude is the norm in phoenixville ,as john lennon said they hate you if your clever ,he must have visited phoenixville
harry finster January 23, 2013 at 03:56 AM
when you say look around ,it depends on where you look, what you say may be true in phoenixville but when i look around i see hills and valleys trees and streams ,notice you are already making excuses for failure

@ Harry Finster Well...that link is to a poorly written, nonsensical, rambling, mess of a statement that seems to have NO context in the given discussion. And after reading a few of your posts I see that it was a mistake to let you engage me with your initial comment. Good luck to you!
Ed Roper January 23, 2013 at 12:08 PM
