Police: Phoenixville Man Assaulted Girlfriend, Bit Her Mother

Police say he bit another woman as well during the October 27 scuffle.

A Phoenixville man faces charges after police say he assaulted his girlfriend, then bit two women who tried to intervene.

Arthur Conrelius Adamski lll, 24, was charged with three counts of simple assault, three counts of harassment, and three counts of disorderly conduct stemming from the alleged incident.

According to court documents, on October 27 on the 200 block of Buchanan Street sometime before 10:16 p.m., Adamski got in an argument with his girlfriend that became physical. According to the testimony of the girlfriend, Adamski grabbed her by the face and pushed her against the wall.

When the women’s mother heard the commotion and entered the room, she saw the fight and tried to push Adamski off of her daughter. Adamski, turning his attention to the mother, grabbed her by the hair and began fighting her. She told police that he bit her on her index finger during the scuffle.

Another women heard this fight and entered the room. She told police she tried to break up the second fight when Adamski bit her on the stomach.

When police arrived they noted the girlfriend had red marks on her face, her mother had a cut on her index finger, and the other woman has a small bruise on her stomach.

Adamski was ultimately charged on November 8 and faces preliminary hearing on December 6.
