Police: Phoenixville Shoplifting Suspect Turns Herself In

Donna Nocho, 29, faces charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property.

A Phoenixville woman who was suspected of shoplifting from a Blue Bell Giant turned herself in to authorities earlier this month, according to Whitpain Township Police.

On August 13 at 3:19 p.m., employees of the Giant Food Store located at 1760 Dekalb Pike reported that a woman wearing a yellow shirt stole $47.45 worth of merchandise and fled from the store. 

An investigation determined that the actor was Donna Nocho, 29, of the unit block of Franklin Avenue in Phoenixville.

She was charged with felony retail theft and receiving stolen property.

On September 11, Nocho turned herself in before District Justice Sobeck and waived all charges to Montgomery County Court.
