Suspected Car Thief Sought by East Pikeland Police

Dennis Schneider allegedly took a car with a promise to get new tires for it, but didn't return.

According to East Pikeland Police, Dennis Schneider, 41, took a car to have its tires replaced.

He was working as a handyman at the time and told the owner he’d take the car to get new tires. The new tires never showed up, however—and neither did the car. It was later found in Honey Brook.

On March 8, 2010, police in East Pikeland issued a warrant for Schneider’s arrest. The warrant is for theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Schneider is described as a white male, 5’8” and he weighs approximately 185 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

According to East Pikeland Police, Schneider is aware of the warrant. Schneider may be with family in Exton, Honey Brook or Easton or with an uncle who lives in Clinton, NJ.
