Two Charged with DUI, East Pikeland Police Say

The incidents occurred on Sunday and Wednesday.

The following incidents were reported by the East Pikeland Police Department. Arrest, when mentioned, does not suggest conviction.

DUI at Clark's Auto

On Wednesday at approximately 1:45 a.m., East Pikeland Police charged a 26-year-old Royersford man with DUI. Police say the defendant was observed parked in Clark’s Auto, intoxicated. The man was charged and released pending a hearing.

Schuylkill Road DUI

On Sunday at approximately 12:30 a.m., East Pikeland police charged a 23-year-old Phoenixville man with D.U.I. and related offenses. The defendant was observed crossing the yellow line while traveling east on Schuylkill Road near Bonnie Brae Road crossing the center yellow line. The man was charged and released pending a hearing.
