UPDATE: Home Invasion Suspect Turns Himself In

Dante Bruce Alston turned himself in on Wednesday morning.

The third of three suspects in a Paoli home invasion robbery has surrendered to police and is now in Chester County Prison.

According to a police spokesman Dante Bruce Alston, 32, came to the police station at the Tredyffrin Township Building accompanied by family at about 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Police had earlier released a statement indicating that Alston was possibly in Phoenixville, where he is known to frequent.

A previously reported home invasion robbery that occurred on January 13, 2013 resulted in the arrests of two subjects.

The third actor, who was still at large as of earlier today (Wednesday January 23), is now in custody. Police arrested Dante Bruce Alston, 32, of Paoli.

Alston was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Analisa Sondergaard, and was remanded to the Chester County Prison after failing to post $100,000 cash bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled  before Judge Sondergaard at the Chesterbrook District Court 15-4-01 on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 9 AM.
