On the Agenda: Bond Issue, Blight Ordinance

Phoenixville Borough Council meets July 12.

Council will consider using a bond to finance water and sewer improvements and possibly the site development and building of a new borough hall, according to the meeting agenda.

The issue of a new borough hall was briefly discussed at the June Phoenixville Borough Council meeting. Mayor Leo Scoda said it’s time the borough moves on the idea.
