Phoenixville Declares Code Blue Emergency
An emergency shelter is open Tuesday night for people needing help to escape frigid temperatures.
The Following Announcement was posted on the official website of the Borough of Phoenixville. The Code Blue emergency is in effect until 9 a.m. Wednesday.
CODE BLUE was declared on 1/7/2014 at 12pm and is in effect until 1/8/2014 at 9am.
Emergency Sheltering will be located at the Phoenixville Civic Center, at 123 Main Street, in Phoenixville. For more information residents may call the Office of Emergency Management at 610-933-8801 Ext 120. Please leave a message and someone will get back with you.
Residents requiring assistance or special needs requiring transportation should contact the Phoenixville Borough Police Department at 610-935-2440 to request assistance.
