The big move-in was a few weeks ago but workers are still putting the finishing touches on the new Phoenixville Borough Hall.
Mark Macione from Tile Studio in Doylestown is part of a crew that was working on installing the new tile floor in the Main Lobby of Bourough Hall at 347 Bridge Street.
They are installing tile in the elevator lobby of the three floors.
