Should Pennsylvania's highway speed limit be raised to 70 mph?

State Senate leader Joe Scarnati says he will introduce legislation to permit the higher speed on interstates, according to a WFMZ report. Scarnati, a Republican from Jefferson County, is seeking co-sponsors for his bill.

Pennsylvania's speed limit has been 65 mph since 1995.
