The building on the corner of Third and Arch in Philadelphia was first a bank, then a church for the Merchant Seaman's Center.

Then it was the building MTV picked to film the true story of seven strangers picked to live in a house (this house) and have their lives taped to find out what happens when people stop being polite and start getting real.

"The Real World: Philadelphia" was MTV's 15th installment of the reality show, and aired from 2004 to 2005. As part of the show, cast members worked for the Philadelphia Soul.

The 15,000-square-foot building is listed for $4.3 million, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
