"Pies and Otherwise" Workshop
Marie Connel, owner of MyHouse Cookies, will teach you how to turn the summer harvest into sweet and savory pies and galettes. During the workshop pastry dough, fruits and fillings will be taught (and tasted!). All participants will receive a treat to take home to bake.
The workshop is being held by Greener Partners, a nonprofit organization that seeks to make local food accessible by offering multiple ways of experiencing fresh, local food in our communities.
