Update: PASD, Renaissance Cancel Tuesday Classes
The district and the charter announced Monday afternoon that none of its schools will be open on October 30.
On its Facebook page, the Phoenixville Area School District announced that all of its schools will be closed on October 30. Below is the full message from the district.
Due to Hurricane Sandy, Phoenixville Area School District will be closed for students and staff on Tuesday, October 30th. We will continue to watch the forecast and the progression of the storm. We will keep you informed about Wednesday as the situation continues to develop. Please be safe.
Later in the afternoon, Renaissance Academy followed suite.
