PAHS Bringing 'Romeo and Juliet' to the Stage

The curtain opens on November 30.

The Phoenixville Area High School Theatre Guild is pleased to announce this year’s fall production is Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare.

According to director Craig Tavani, the production’s unique staging and dramaturgy will add amusing interest to the familiar intrigue of the tragic story of two “star-crossed lovers” from feuding families. An ambitious undertaking, the production includes thrilling stage combat choreographed by Kimberlie Cruse.

The cast includes Andrew Ball as Romeo, Abby Gould as Juliet, Jack Beran as Mercutio, Noah Deichmann as Benvolio, Dante Collazo as Tybalt, Joe Casiano as Friar Lawrence accompanied by Lindsey Smith as Sister Joan, and Sadie Behrman as Nurse, with many other superb performers in both ensemble and speaking roles.
