'Seussical Jr.' Coming to Phoenixville Area Middle School
Performances planned for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Phoenixville Area Middle School will be putting on "Seussical Jr." this weekend.
In a release about the performance, the school wrote: "Please join us as Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat, and all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters spring to life onstage in SEUSSICAL JR. Audience members will be transported to the Jungle of Nool, Whoville and Circus McGurkus, as the Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos, including Jojo, a Who child who gets in trouble for thinking too many "thinks." Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family, and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!"
Performances are set for 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. All tickets are $5 Thursday night; reserved seating is $9 and general seating $5 Friday and Saturday.
