TCHS Pickering Holding Open House

On January 24 the school is inviting families to meet teachers, students, and learn about its programs.

The following was submitted by TCHS Pickering.

Aspiring chefs, graphic artists, cosmetologists, nurses and engineers, among others, are encouraged to explore career and technical opportunities at the Technical College High School (TCHS) Pickering Campus on Thursday, January 24. The open house will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., during which time prospective students and their families can tour the building, meet teachers and students, learn about the programs, and enjoy light refreshments provided by Culinary Arts students. The school is located at 1580 Charlestown Road in Phoenixville.

TCHS Pickering is a comprehensive, public high school specializing in career and technical education. The programs offered at TCHS Pickering prepare students for success in college, the workplace and in life.

With the exception of Teacher Academy, all career and technical programs offered at TCHS Pickering are high-priority occupations, aligned to Pennsylvania State Standards and national industry certifications.

TCHS Pickering serves students from Great Valley, Owen J. Roberts, Phoenixville Area, Tredyffrin/Easttown, and West Chester Area school districts.
