CrossFit Introductory Session

Are you interested in learning more about CrossFit and want to know where to start? Come join us for a free introductory session at Iron Cross Athletics, home of CrossFit Phoenixville! 


Introductory Sessions are held every Saturday morning at 8:00am. Please call or email to register. If this time doesn’t work for you,  we would be happy to set up an introductory session around your schedule. 


CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to bring out the strongest, fastest, and fittest athlete in each of us. Whether your goal is to perform better at a physically demanding job, take your performance to next level on the sports field, or simply to look and feel better in every day life, CrossFit will help you reach your goals!
