Run for Africa 5k run/walk - www.runforafrica.org

Run for Africa (RFA) is a 5k run/walk - to be held on Saturday June 30, 2012 at the National Christian Conference Center on Rt. 23 (Valley Forge Road) - near the scenic Valley Forge National Park.

RFA is a health & fitness, fundraiser and awareness campaign to support education and eradicate poverty in Africa and the Philadelphia region.  Registration starts at 8am; run 9am; walk 9:15am.

This year's event benefits The Liberian Education Initiative: African School of the Future (LEI) and Compassion Capital Investment Fund (CCI).  The CCI fund is a community development financial intermediary focused on addressing poverty issues through entrepreneurial self-reliance.
