Ursinus College International Film Festival: "The Intouchables"

Ursinus College’s International Film Festival, which runs throughout the fall semester, continues with The Intouchables on Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m. in Olin Auditorium. The film, which is in French with English subtitles, was directed by Olivier Nakache and Eric Toledano.

In the 2011 French comedy-drama, which was inspired by a true story and broke box-office records when it was released in France, an affluent paraplegic (François Cluzet) looking for a caretaker who won’t pity him hires—and then forms an unlikely bond with—an ex-con (Omar Sy).

The film will be followed by discussion and light refreshments in Olin 104.
