Where: Phoenixville Area High School
Cost: $5-$25
Benefits: The race benefits Mom’s House of Greater Philadelphia, which helps provide free daycare to parents attending school full-time.

When: Saturday, April 21, registration at 7:30 a.m.
Where: Phoenixville Area High School
Cost: $10-$25
Benefits: Proceeds go to Phantoms Phitness Club, dedicated to helping children overcome obesity in local elementary schools.

Run by the River 5K
When: Saturday, May 19, registration at 8 a.m.
Where: Longford Park at the Port Providence Trailhead
Cost: $25 if postmarked by April 27; $30 after that date
Benefits: This annual event benefits Good Samaritan Shelter in Phoenixville.

Fourteenth Annual Kimberton Run
When: Saturday, Sept. 29, registration at 8 a.m.
Where: Kimberton Fire Company, 752 Pike Springs Road, Phoenixville
Cost: $6-$15
Benefits: Proceeds go to help fund projects by the Kimberton Lions Club. There will also be a food drive for Phoenixville Area Community Services (PACS) on site.

The Hemophilia 5K Run and Fitness Walk
When: Saturday, Oct. 6, registration at 7:30 a.m.
Where: Pfizer Campus, 500 Arcola Road, Collegeville
Cost: $10-$20 (prices to increase as the race gets closer)
Benefits: The race proceeds go to The Delaware Valley Chapter of The National Hemophilia Foundation.
