Have a Peek at Bo-ana

This little cat is our rescue pet of the week.

Thanks again to Cat Angel Network for sending us a great rescue pet this week. Here's the good word:

Bo-ana was the last kitten to be rescued, at just five weeks old, from a feral colony on Royersford's old steel mill site.

She was caught by two children named Bo and Montana, who were helping their mother with the rescue.  This little baby girl was given a combination of their names--Bo-ana.  (Note from Laura--That makes Renesmee from the Twilight series look like a pretty normal name, lol!)

Now a healthy 7 months old, Bo-ana is still small for her age and probably always will be due to her feral start in life.  Once she started gaining weight, her coat became plush and her tail filled out nicely.  Her foster mom said that Bo-ana decided right from the start that it was great fun to drink water with her paw and has insisted on it ever since--soooo cute!  She also has the most darling little chirp which she likes to use when playing or trying to get your attention.

Bo-ana would be a wonderful only cat as she enjoys being the boss and relishes life in the spotlight. She has been spayed, tested negative for FIV, leukemia, and heartworm, and is up to date on all required vaccinations.
