Update: Edward Has Been Claimed

This orange cat was found in Phoenixville and he's now back with his owners.

Update: Those who took this orange cat in are happy to report that he's been claimed by the owners. Good news!

His name is Edward and he was claimed by his owners, who were in the process of moving. Edward must have gotten spooked from all the activity and went on the lam. He's back home now.
