Phoenixville Area Pet of the Week: Greta

Greta's hoping to find a new home for the new year.

This week's Pet of the Week comes to us from Phoenix Animal Rescue.

Here's the info on Greta, thanks to Dana:

Greta is a spunky, feisty, fun loving Torti estimated to be about 2 years old. It is approaching a year since Greta was pulled from the shelter just in time.

Greta is not a cat for everyone, but I know she will be a great fit for the right home. Right now Greta is living at the Pottstown Petco (Upland Square Shopping Center), trying to reel in some people and work her magic. Ideally Greta would be happiest in a home with no other cats.

She is full of life and personality, and can get a little wound up when she plays. Sometimes that leads to little love bites when she gets over excited. She enjoys lounging in her cozy bed at Petco, playing with various toys and winning over the hearts of our dedicated Petco volunteers.

She is very curious and goofy, and would love nothing more than to have her very own home and family, and of course much more space to romp and explore. She is not a cat who enjoys being held or carried around, but she does enjoy being near her people.

Please help us make Greta's New Year's wish come true by helping her finally get a chance at the home and family she so desperately deserves.
