Dear Patch, Do you have a site for Mont Clare residents? As I need voting information for Montgomery County and Upper Providence. I know where but I need to know who and what they stand for.

WHY DO THEY CLOSE SCHOOLS??? THIS IS VERY DUMB... AND YOU KNOW WHAT ,, THEY COULD HAVE ALL THE VOTERS VOTE IN ONE PLACE ... FOR THERE WILL BE ABOUT 75 ALL TOGETHER ,, WHUCH IS A SORRY THING.. GET OUT AND VOTE .. I WILL BE THERE..

Ike: The schools are technically closed for in-service days. The district chooses to do the in service say on election day to reduce potential congestion. The schools were open during the May primary.

I agree with one point; the schools should NOT be closed!!!! I am sure that our forefathers would be very upset over the schools being closed as would Martin Luther King Jr. The children should be in school learning about the election and the process thereof! As for voting in one place ehhh not a good idea. Maybe at this point for an election that no one has much information on, well a lot of apathy on these elections building size and space of no real issue as the turn will probably be very, very low. But during a Gubernatorial or Presidential election one place would not work. Esp in an area such as Phoenixville that has grown so much. Maybe not in the west ward but the north wards have grown with all the new rich folk town homes.

Bob, I copied and pasted that web address and nothing. I guess not all links work on a Google Chromebook. Thank you for trying to help.

Hi Barbara, Sorry it didn't work. If you search Montgomery County Voter Services Sample Ballots it will take you to: http://webapp.montcopa.org/voterservices/sampleballots/ Once there you can search for the townships you need on the left side of the page. Hope this helps!
