Joe is a liar and a crook. Do not use this shop. Had a disagreement about service to be done on my child's bike and he basically told my husband that I was lying to him about our conversation from when I dropped off the bike. Was not willing to remedy the situation by fixing what was actually needed on the bike or by refunding us. His answer to our displeasure was "take me to court". He must say this often, because it came out so easily. Try Phoenix cycles across the street instead, I know I will.
