PSP has a nice inventory of holistic pet foods, treats and other supplies. Customer service is severly lacking at this establishment. The staff does not go out of their way to assist their customers. They tend to be moody and gruff. I usually purchase dog food in 30-44lb. bags. Not once has anyone asked if I needed assistance carrying it out of the store. I have been buying my pet food and other supplies at Cutters Mill because of this. They greet their customers at the door and carry packages out to the car without even having to ask. Night and day difference in attitude and management!!!
