I agree. This guy is so unprofessional! From the minute I called, I knew there would be problems.Read More I needed a rental and he was like "that's your problem." No interface with a rental company??? what kind of body shop is that. My car was vandalized - driver side window was smashed so I had plastic bags taped all over the window. I get there and we pull the bags off and he says he might not be able to get the adhesive off of the car (the sticky stuff that got stuck on the paint after we ripped the tape off). I was like you're kidding me. I can get this stuff off with Goo-Be Gone. You're a body shop guy!!!! What the hell, this should be your expertise. Red flag. Then I leave and he doesn't give me a receipt or anything, absolutely no paperwork, not a business card, zero. I pick up my rental, drive back to the office and am getting a really bad vibe. I read the review above and think I better get my car back from this idiot. When I call back he's completely rude. When I go to pick up the car, he had left it on the street with my completely busted/open driver window WITH THE KEY ON THE MAT!!!!!!!! Someone could have easily stolen my car!. Totally bizarre. NEVER GO HERE!!! I took it to another body shop and the guy that works there used to work for Allstate insurance and he said he used to dread going to Tony's Body and Glass because he's so god awful.
